The orders by e-mail, fax, mail or phone are accepted by CORSTEC, with the following information:

We will do our best to provide you accurate information about our products.If some of specifications are crucial, please check them carefully before ordering.
Prompt Delivery. We will make every effort to comply with your shipment schedules, and ship the products you order via the most efficient carriers. If you have a preferred carrier, we will try our best to follow it. Otherwise, one of the most efficient carriers such as EMS (Express Mail Service), DHL, Federal Express, TNT, etc. is defaulted. Its shipping and handling charges are prepaid by CORSTEC and shown accordingly in the invoice you receive, unless approved in advance.

All prices are shown in US dollars, EUR$ and JAP$, unless approved in advance.
Flexible Payment Options.
CORSTEC tries to accommodate your preferred method of payment. In most cases, we extend standard terms of Net 30 days from the date of our invoices on all orders with prior credit approval, by T/T or cheque. CORSTEC also offer Cash-on-Delivery (COD) and prepayment terms.
You are protected by Warranty.
All products are guaranteed to be free of defects, including the level of performance that the product must maintain within the warranty period. Defective products will be repaired or replaced at our options, provided that the product is returned to CORSTEC during the warranty period. However, the warranty does not apply to failure of the product due to misuse, accident, or negligence.
